Celia's Salon Chemical Waiver

We pride ourselves on our high skill sets and long-lasting client relationships, with that you have chosen to receive a chemical service with us. Here are some recommended tips to ensure your service results are more successful:

Chemical service results can vary based on your individual hair.
It is important that your stylist is aware of all processes you have previously used on your hair.
Despite our best efforts, your clothes may be exposed to the chemicals and products, to ensure minimal damage a robe will be provided upon appointment check-in.
Remove any jewelry, specifically earrings, and necklaces, so nothing is damaged or lost during your service.
If you have any questions or concerns, we encourage you to contact Celia's Salon at anytime before or after your service.

I understand and give consent to the following:

I have made my stylist aware of all of the treatments I have had in the past in order for them to asses the status of my hair. I realize that this is very important information and that any information I withhold regarding previous processes will increase my chances of damage and potential for unpredictable chemical reactions.

I have been made aware that chemical processes may cause damage to the integrity of my hair. There are products recommended to improve the health of my hair as well as maintain the results after the service.

Hair types and colors have varying effects from chemical treatments and I have been made aware of my responsibilities for disclosing important information to my stylist(s) and the possible effects in case a treatment was made prior without their knowledge that may result to adverse chemical reactions.

In order for me to achieve my desired results, I will have to be clear with my stylist of my desires and wishes for my hair. My stylist may give recommendations which I may adhere to, for which my stylist thinks or believe would be best for me.

I have been informed of any other precautions such as wearing of jewelry and I was informed and recommended of not wearing any of it during treatment.

I am aware that my stylist has been trained in the service technique and that they will do their best to create the best results and therefore I will not hold Celia’s Salon or my stylist liable if the process has unexpected or undesired results.
